Victoria International Airport – on Vancouver Island

approx. 50 minutes to Pearson College

Vancouver International Airport – on the mainland

approx. 90-minute ferry + drive down Vancouver Island, the ferry ride is beautiful and runs through the Strait of Juan de Fuca, but does add a fair bit of time

Seattle-Tacoma International Airport – in America

There are private ferries that run from Seattle/Washington State to Vancouver Island, but they’re slow and inconsistent.

For folks coming from the United States, there are easy Seattle—Victoria flights, so if you can get to Seattle, you can get to Victoria. Shoutout to Alaska Airlines for adding Tulsa—Seattle in 2026!

Staying At Pearson College UWC

Pearson College is a boarding school with dormitories where we would love to have you stay! You’ll be just a minute’s stroll from the festivities.

Rooms can be booked from Thursday to Sunday (6/11–6/14). Rooms have single beds and can sleep up to four people.

When reserving a room, please specify who you’d like to share the room with – your spouse, your friends, or simply solo. We’ll do our best to accommodate all requests.

Note: bathrooms are communal.
